This building has well-planned energy management system. K-RIET Asia bought this building from Keppel Land for 2 billion dollars, in 2011.
OUE Bayfront
A former Overseas Union House, it is now converted into an 18-storey premium Grade A building with unobstructed view of the Marina bay. This building was completed in the year 2011, and it is one of the most sought-after new office buildings in Singapore. It has a total size of 46,500sqm GFA. Nearby MRT stations include Downtown, Raffles Place and Marina Bay MRT stations.
